TOURIST INFO PEÑÍSCOLA

Since 1990 the Peñíscola Municipal Tourist Information Office has been a member of the Valencia Region's Network of Tourist Information Offices, known as TOURIST INFO, which caters for the information needs of the whole of the Valencia Region and now operates the jurisdiction of the Peñíscola Municipal Tourist Board.

The overall objective of the Network is to offer, within the context of the Valencia Region, a comprehensive range of services related to tourist information. These services should be coherent in terms of content, tools, media and interactive systems, with the aim of improving visitors' satisfaction levels.

Q for Tourism Quality

Tourist Info Peñíscola has been awarded the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute's Q-Mark for Quality, certifying the proficiency of the service.

By obtaining this certification, the Tourist Board and Tourist Info Peñíscola have highlighted their commitment to the quality of the destination, underlining the importance of offering tourists services of genuine quality.

In Spain, only 72 tourist offices have been awarded the certificate.

Opening hours

Winter:

Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 1.30pm and 4pm to 7pm

Saturdays: 10am to 1pm and 5pm to 7pm

Sundays and public holidays: 10am to 1pm

Summer:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 8pm

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 10am to 1pm and 4.30pm to 8pm
